Return Policy

Returns: Please contact us directly by e-mail (help@sarablaine.com) with the following information in order to receive a return authorization (RA#):
a) item style #
b) date of receipt
c) detailed description of the problem

We proudly stand behind our product and will correct any problem resulting from a production or design flaw. We do not replace lost pieces or items damaged due to negligence.

NOTE: Merchandise must be in its original, saleable condition and e-mail must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods to receive an RA#. A valid AWB# or tracking number must be sent via e-mail to confirm the return package has been shipped.
